  • 1 tablespoon apple pie spice

  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 loaf pan.

  4. In another bowl, combine flour, apple pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture along with the cooled cider; stir until just combined.
