Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, cherry tomatoes or asparagus

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly oil a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Evenly distribute chunks of Boursin cheese over each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily. Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for a golden top if desired.
  5. Remove from the oven, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets, garnish with parsley if using, and serve immediately.
