  • 16 ounces uncooked DeLallo Shellbows
  • 4 cups chopped lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
  • 10 ounces little tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon reserved fat from frying turkey (or beef)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons DeLallo Simply Pesto
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. Fry turkey or beef in a skillet until crispy; reserve some fat.
  3. Mix reserved fat with mayo, pesto, vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine pasta with vegetables and turkey/beef; toss with dressing.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later enjoyment.
