  • 8 oz feta cheese block, crumbled
  • ½ block cream cheese (4 oz)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • More basil leaves, chopped for garnish
  • Red pepper flakes for garnish
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced Roma tomatoes, chopped basil leaves, and minced garlic. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar; sprinkle with salt. Mix gently and let sit for 10 minutes.
