  • 1 (16 oz) bag Mini Pretzels
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 bag Heath Toffee Bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, pour in the mini pretzels.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, cubed butter, and light corn syrup. Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla extract and baking soda until combined.
  5. Pour the hot mixture over the pretzels and toss gently to coat. Add half of the Heath toffee bits for extra flavor.
  6. Spread the coated pretzels evenly on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes for even cooking.
  8. After baking, sprinkle the remaining Heath toffee bits on top while still hot, then allow cooling before breaking into clusters.
