  • 5 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 5 1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts
  • 16 oz caramel candies
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add mini vegan marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in Rice Krispies until evenly coated. Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle salted peanuts over the top layer of rice krispies.
  5. In a medium saucepan, melt caramel candies with heavy cream over medium heat until smooth. Pour this caramel over the peanut layer.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth, then pour over the caramel layer.
  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
