  • 4 cups Mini Pretzels
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Place a cooling rack on top and spray it as well.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, sugar, and water together, stirring constantly until boiling. Remove from heat at 305°F (152°C) and stir in vanilla.
  3. Add mini pretzels to the caramel mixture, stirring until coated.
  4. Using tongs or a slotted spoon, transfer pretzels to the cooling rack without overlapping.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until dry.
  6. Allow pretzels to cool completely before serving.
