  • 2 cups cooked edamame
  • 12 cup roasted cashews
  • Optional: 2 cups crunchy chow mein noodles
  • Dressing: olive oil, white vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, salt, garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a jar, combine olive oil, white vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and garlic powder. Shake until smooth.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss together the green and purple cabbage, carrots, cilantro, green onion, edamame, roasted cashews, and chow mein noodles if using.
