  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place about 1/4 cup filling on each noodle, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  5. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with leftover mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
