  • 2 tubes (13.8 ounces each) pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded)
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cut pizza dough into ½-inch pieces and roll into balls; place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, ½ cup mozzarella cheese, and ½ cup parmesan cheese to the bowl; mix well.
  4. Layer ingredients in the bundt pan: sprinkle ½ cup mozzarella and parmesan at the bottom, add half of the dough balls, half of the chicken, and ½ cup alfredo sauce. Repeat layers finishing with remaining cheeses.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Cool for five minutes before inverting onto a plate.
