  • 1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 medium)

  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips (divided)

  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled butter and brown sugar. Add egg, mashed bananas, and vanilla; whisk until smooth.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined. Stir in mini chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
  6. Spread batter into prepared pan and top with remaining chocolate chips.
