  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Burrito-Size Tortilla
  • 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
  • 4 tbsp Store-bought Caesar Dressing
  • ¼ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breast with kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Cook for about 5–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  2. Remove the chicken from the skillet; let it rest for a few minutes before chopping into bite-sized pieces. Wash and chop the iceberg lettuce into strips.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, iceberg lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Lay the tortilla flat and spoon the mixture onto one side. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  5. Cut the wrap diagonally in half and serve with extra dressing if desired.
