  • 500g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 180g turkey slices, finely chopped
  • 280g roasted peppers, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup green olives, finely chopped
  • Fresh herbs (parsley and rosemary) for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Prepare a loaf pan by spraying it with oil and lining it with cling wrap.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, thyme, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, turkey, roasted peppers, olives, and cheddar until well mixed.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and level the surface.
  4. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  5. To serve, unmold onto a platter and garnish with parsley and rosemary.
