Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked. Allow cooling for about 5 minutes before shredding.
  3. While the chicken bakes, chop the celery and finely dice the red onion.
