  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Scrub and dry the sweet potatoes. Prick them with a fork and roast for 40-45 minutes until tender.
