  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together dried bread cubes, cranberries, celery, and onion.
  3. In another bowl, combine ground turkey with chicken broth, melted butter, beaten egg, sage, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine both mixtures and shape into 1½-inch balls. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
