  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion for 3-4 minutes until softened, then add minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and return to a simmer.
  3. Add shredded chicken and seasonings (ranch mix, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, paprika, black pepper). Mix well.
  4. Let the soup simmer for 5-10 minutes before stirring in butter until melted.
  5. Incorporate shredded cheddar cheese and cream cheese until fully melted.
  6. Fold in crumbled turkey bacon and adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving warm.
