  • 12 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 23 tbsp freshly grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and lightly grease the basket with olive oil spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned gnocchi in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry: For shelf-stable & refrigerated gnocchi: Cook for 11-14 minutes, shaking every 4-5 minutes until golden brown. For frozen gnocchi: Cook for 13-16 minutes, shaking every 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  5. Serve immediately with garnishes like parmesan cheese and parsley.
