  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes thoroughly. Cut them in half.
  3. Chop turkey bacon into small pieces.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the halved potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the potato mixture on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Ensure they aren’t overcrowded for optimal crispiness.
  6. Scatter chopped turkey bacon over the potatoes.
  7. Roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
