Instructions

  1. Mince garlic and squeeze lemon juice into a measuring cup.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes per side).
  3. Layer seared chicken in the crockpot, top with minced garlic and capers, then pour chicken broth and lemon juice over the ingredients.
