  • 2 cans (5 ounces each) albacore tuna in water
  • 1 can (15.5 ounces) white kidney beans, drained
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup whole milk cottage cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 24 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the protein pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, chopped hard-boiled eggs, white kidney beans, and frozen peas.
  3. Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to the tuna mixture; stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in the cooled pasta gently until everything is mixed well.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
