  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 13×9" baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg until a thick dough forms. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, nutmeg, powdered sugar, eggnog, and melted butter until fully combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 37–45 minutes until golden brown on top and mostly set.
  5. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for about two hours. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
