Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Dried Italian herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces seasoned with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Cook until golden brown and cooked through (6-8 minutes). Remove chicken from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  4. Add gnocchi; bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream; simmer for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Return chicken to skillet along with Parmesan cheese; stir until melted and heated through.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
