  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 flour tortillas (8 inches)
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  2. Sauté chicken until browned and cooked through (about 3 to 5 minutes per side). Remove from heat and let cool slightly before slicing into strips.
  3. Lay out tortillas and spread salsa down the center of each. Add shredded mozzarella and avocado slices followed by sliced chicken.
  4. Fold the bottom of each tortilla up over the filling and tuck in the sides to secure.
  5. Grill the wraps seam side down in the skillet for about 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted.
