  • Optional: 1 teaspoon sriracha, sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, crumble the ground beef over medium heat. Add garlic powder, green onions, sriracha (if using), soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  2. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add avocado oil and brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper; sauté until soft and caramelized (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Return the beef to the skillet with brussels sprouts. Stir in sweet chili sauce and lime juice until well combined.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
