  • 2 medium zucchinis, diced

  • 1 bell pepper (any color), diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and chopping the zucchinis, sweet potatoes, onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
