  • 1 demi baguette
  • ½ cup basil pesto
  • Black gel food coloring
  • 12 ounces cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Fill silicone skull mold with mozzarella pearls and bake for 6-7 minutes until melted.
  3. Increase oven temperature to 475°F and roast halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil and seasoning for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Slice baguette, toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  5. Mix pesto with black food coloring to achieve desired hue.
  6. Spread black pesto on toasted bread, return to oven for another 8-10 minutes.
