  • 2 lbs organic chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 Tbsps unsalted butter
  • 1 cup organic raw honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Coat chicken breasts with olive oil and season with On Everything All-Purpose Blend, smoked paprika (if using), and sea salt.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in honey, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, chili powder, and a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour half of the hot honey sauce over it. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Brush remaining sauce over the chicken and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
