  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded or finely diced carrots
