  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup jelly or jam (your favorite flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in peanut butter, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mix to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan. Dollop jelly over it and swirl gently with a knife. Add remaining batter on top and repeat with more jelly swirls.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
