  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix granulated sugar, light corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg. Reserve 2 tablespoons of this mixture.
  3. Stir in chopped pecans until evenly coated.
  4. Unroll crescent dough into triangles on the baking sheet. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of filling onto each triangle's widest end and roll up towards the narrow end.
  5. Bake for about 8 minutes until set. Brush reserved mixture over rolls and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
