  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based alternative)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease an 18×13-inch baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until well blended. Add melted butter, milk, vanilla, and almond extract; mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a rubber spatula until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the ground pistachios until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet and smooth the top. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
