  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion cream cheese spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until well mixed.
  2. Lay out a double layer of cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar in the center.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the cling wrap and cover it completely with the remaining cheddar.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap and shape into a round ball. Use rubber bands to create segments for a pumpkin look.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm. Before serving, remove rubber bands and garnish with a bell pepper stem.
