  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
  • ½ cup raspberry seedless jam (or any fruit jam of choice)
  • ¼ cup flour (for dusting)
  • 2 tbsp confectioner's sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the thawed puff pastry into a rectangle measuring approximately 12×16 inches. Cut in half to create two rectangles.
  3. Spread ¼ cup of raspberry jam evenly over one rectangle of pastry.
  4. Place the second rectangle on top and press down gently. Cut into strips about ½ inch wide, then cut each strip in half lengthwise.
  5. Twist each strip by pinching one end and spiraling it several times.
  6. Arrange the twists on the prepared baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and dust with confectioner’s sugar before serving.
