  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can corn kernels, drained
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (1 ounce) pack taco seasoning
  • 1 (1 ounce) pack ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess grease.
  2. Add diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional minute.
  3. Mix in taco seasoning and ranch seasoning. Pour in beef broth along with Rotel, pinto beans, black beans, kidney beans, and corn. Stir well.
  4. Cover the pot and simmer on medium-low heat for about 30 minutes.
