  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound baby Yukon gold potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a medium pan over medium heat, melt butter for the honey glaze. Stir in honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil then simmer for about 5-6 minutes until thickened.
  3. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and cut the potatoes into quarters.
  4. Arrange chicken on the baking sheet and surround with potatoes.
  5. Drizzle with oil and season with garlic powder, pepper, paprika, and Kinder's seasoning.
  6. Pour honey glaze over chicken and potatoes.
