  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (to coat chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
  2. Place the seasoned potatoes in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning before placing them on top of the potatoes.
  4. Spread minced garlic evenly over the chicken pieces and coat with Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is fully cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  6. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over everything to melt beautifully.
  7. Serve warm from the slow cooker.
