Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large day-old baguette
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Cut a deep V-shaped section on top of the baguette and remove some bread to create a hollow 'boat.'
  4. Stuff the filling into the hollowed-out baguette. Press down gently to pack it in.
  5. Brush the outside with olive oil and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
