  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives
  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Create eyeball toppings by cutting provolone into circles; place one on each meatball and add an olive slice on top.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; heat marinara sauce separately.
  8. Serve spaghetti topped with meatballs and garnish as desired.
