  • ¾ cup cake flour

  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1215 strawberries (about 1 cup pureed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare strawberry puree by blending trimmed strawberries in a food processor until chunky.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and egg until fluffy. Add vanilla, buttermilk, and strawberry puree; mix well.
