  • 500 g Gnocchi
  • 3 tbsp Truffle Butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 70 g Cheddar (grated)
  • 30 g plus 1 tbsp Parmesan (grated)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 30 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C/375°F. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt 2 tbsp of truffle butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for a couple of minutes before gradually adding milk until thickened.
  3. Stir in the remaining cheddar cheese until melted and season with salt and pepper. Gently fold in the cooked gnocchi.
  4. In a food processor, combine remaining truffle butter, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, and parsley; blend until mixed well.
  5. Transfer the gnocchi mixture into a baking dish, top with breadcrumb mix, and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
