  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a 12-cup muffin tin inside while it heats.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.

  4. Return the tin to the oven for about 5 minutes until the oil is sizzling.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes without opening the oven door until golden brown and puffed up.
